Announcement Regarding the Assisted Promotional Housing Program (LPA) – Oran

On May 27th, 2025, at 1:00 PM, the Housing Allocation Committee for the University City of Oran held a meeting in the conference room of the Higher School of Biological Sciences of Oran (ESSBO), under the chairmanship of Mr. Saidi Djamel, Distinguished Professor and Head of the Housing Committee of the University City of Oran.

The purpose of the meeting was to examine and rank the applicants for the allocation of 170 subsidized promotional housing units (LPA), intended for two categories:

1. Staff of the higher education and research institutions of the University City of Oran, composed of eleven (11) institutions, namely:

   • Three (3) universities

   • One (1) center of the University of Continuing Education

   • Five (5) higher/national schools

   • Two (2) research institutions and agency centers

2. Staff of university services in the city of Oran, composed of three (3) University Services Directorates (DOU), namely:

   • University Services – Es-Senia

   • University Services – Bir El Djir

   • University Services – Belgaïd
